Seeing people become stronger and healthier because of meaningful connections is the reason I do what I do. I have a passion for people and thrive on seeing others live a healthy, meaningful life.
Family is important to me, my super fantastic kids/young adults keep life full and entertaining. Ethan, Charlotte and Lauren are now at the stage where I am learning to let go and embrace simultaneously. Challenging and exciting times!
My husband Lance and I run a small farm. We host guests in our tiny home accomodation and grow great food produce. Together we are on a journey in regenerative agriculture.
In my early working years I trained as a Registered Nurse. I have worked in the UK, the USA and NZ in a variety of specialties. I currently work with St John as a Mental Health First Aid Tutor- giving people the tools to build resilience and mental wellbeing, plus the confidence to support others.
Over the decades I have built on my wellness philosophy and approach to personal well being. I am a firm believer in the importance of strong interpersonal connections for our mental well-being, as well as the basics of great nutrition, fresh air, exercise and restorative sleep. I also understand just how hard it can be to do what we know is good for us!
As your coach I support your growth development with a holistic approach. Understanding and staying true to who we are and what we stand for is the cornerstone for strong and healthy living.
I find it incredibly exciting to work alongside you and watch you grow and develop. There’s a buzz, a moment of awe, when I see you grasp a concept that I know will make the biggest difference. Be sure, I will gently coach you and your team to find your healthy place.
